Meet GayLynn
A Mental Health Clinician with Into Freedom Counseling
GayLynn Mackenzie, Master Level Intern |
I believe God created us to do life in a relationship with others. Life is full of ups and downs, surprises, challenges, and joyful times.
We need the support of others to help us through tough times and to help us celebrate the good. It takes a step of strength to admit one needs help. Sometimes friends and family are not the right help, and you need a counselor. I am here to support you; it would be my honor to walk beside you through your challenges. I am pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine. I am passionate about helping others seek healing for life’s ups and downs, traumas, mood concerns, and navigating other mental health struggles. My approach is person-centered with integrated modalities including Psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, among others. I look forward to working with you! |
